At Endustar, ethical conduct is the foundation of every business decision and relationship. This Code of Ethics establishes the principles and standards of conduct that guide all employees, partners, and stakeholders in their daily activities.

ARTICLE 01

Core Principles

Our operations are governed by: integrity in all commercial transactions, transparency in public contracting processes, respect for fair competition, protection of confidential information, commitment to quality and safety, social and environmental responsibility, and zero tolerance for corruption.

ARTICLE 02

Anti-Corruption Commitment

Endustar prohibits all forms of bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments, and improper influence in any business transaction. This applies to interactions with government officials, clients, suppliers, and any third party.

ARTICLE 03

Conflict of Interest

All employees and associates must disclose any actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest that could compromise their objectivity or the company's interests. Personal relationships, financial interests, or external activities that could create conflicts must be reported promptly.

ARTICLE 04

Workplace Conduct

We foster a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and any form of abuse are strictly prohibited. Every individual is treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their position, origin, gender, or beliefs.

Any employee, partner, or stakeholder who witnesses or suspects a violation of this Code of Ethics should report it through the Transparency Line. Reports can be made anonymously, and Endustar guarantees protection against retaliation for good-faith reports.
