Confidential reporting channel
Endustar's Transparency Line is a confidential and secure communication channel available to employees, suppliers, clients, and any stakeholder to report ethical concerns, suspected fraud, corruption, or any violation of our Code of Ethics and internal policies — without fear of retaliation.
The following situations can be reported: fraud, embezzlement, or theft; corruption, bribery, or facilitation payments; conflicts of interest; harassment or workplace discrimination; violations of safety protocols; irregular accounting or financial practices; data privacy breaches; any violation of the Code of Ethics or SAGRILAFT.

Endustar guarantees: complete confidentiality of the reporter's identity; anonymous reporting is accepted; zero tolerance for retaliation against good-faith reporters; independent investigation of all reports; protection of the reporter throughout the investigation process.
Upon receiving a report: preliminary assessment within 48 hours; assignment to the compliance investigation team; thorough and impartial investigation; findings reported to senior management; corrective actions implemented; reporter notified of resolution (when identity is known).
